Marilin joined The Monitor Group in 2026 as the Director of First Impressions. With six years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings strong attention to detail, organization, and a natural focus on providing a positive client experience. Her background has helped her develop the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service, and she has built a reputation for forming strong, lasting relationships with clients. 

Marilin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland, where she held leadership roles in organizations such as the American Marketing Association and Student Ambassadors.

Outside of work, Marilin enjoys going to the beach—even in the winter—and spending time with family and friends.
