Natalie has been the Director of First Impressions at The Monitor Group since 2022, bringing warmth, energy, and a knack for making people feel right at home. With a background as a Medical Receptionist and over a decade of running her own childcare business, she’s mastered the art of great customer service and creating positive experiences.

Born and raised in Rockville, MD, Natalie is a proud mom to a high school athlete, juggling work, parenting, and her love for fun—whether it's organizing themed parties, escaping for a quick weekend adventure, or camping with friends. She’s all about making sure every client feels welcomed and valued.
